we absolutely loved our experience here! the pugs are adorable and most of them are interactive (rather than shy). the hour booking is sufficient for enjoying a coffee alongside them and you’re given the option of buying them a treat as well—we did the pupcino and they loved it. all the pink decor is a cute aesthetic and there is a photo opportunity at the end with the whole squad in front of the sign. definitely worth a visit, positive energy all around.
The staff were very friendly and the drinks were delicious. I have visited a cat cafe before but as a dog person, I was super excited for this. The pugs were adorable of course. We really appreciated being able to bring our small luggage in because we were on our way to the airport and didn't have any other option. The bathroom was very dirty, though, and the transitions were chaotic. It was very hectic having people coming and going through different doors and at different times. We were also required to give the staff our jackets and bags when we entered. I can understand giving our jackets and large bags so they're out of the way, but I was not comfortable having to give my very small belt bag that had my passport in it (I even asked if I could keep it). We had to get these bags a little bit later anyways in order to get our wallets and pay for our drinks, so this part didn't really make sense. I also really appreciated the staff charging my phone for me. Overall, it was lovely, I am so glad we came, and I would go back, but I think the transitions between sessions could be much smoother.
Amazing time. Staff are friendly dogs are happy and well looked after. Staff are more than happy to talk about the dogs and offer tips and tricks for playing with the dogs. Hot chocolate lovely, millionaires shortbread a tad small for the price but that’s inflation. All in all a lovely time will return
We had an amazing time at the sensory session this morning. The atmosphere was calm and I couldn't fault anything. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Its so clear how loved and well looked after all of the pugs are. We thoroughly enjoyed the session and will reccomend to EVERYONE! 100% will be back. Thank you so much.
Such a cute & wonderful experience! I was visiting London from Montréal, Canada and just had to stop at this spot when I heard of it’s existence. It did not disappoint! The pugs were so lovely, and the staff incredibly friendly. I also love that they sell little souvenirs like stuffed pugs (I just had to get one to take home). The iced latte that i had was good as well. I love that they take photos of you at the end with all the pugs.. definitely my favorite part! Gizmo was my absolute favorite pug. I will be back the next time i am in London for sure, and i heard a New York location will be opening as well, so will have to check that out when i’m in the area!
Went there as a treat it was brilliant really friendly dogs and staff pugs are well behaved and cute really straight forward to get there from Liverpool St Station. So much fun already planning our next visit!!
We had an amazing time here. The pugs are so adorable. They have plenty of space. Some love the cuddles (Gaston was a fave of ours) and some just love to play. They are very well looked after. The food and drink was very reasonable. I could have stayed all day and will be booking again!
